Keep Phone Charged Between 30%-90%
Your battery needs to be kept somewhere between 30% and 90% most of the time.
Avoid charging to full cycle (0-100%). Rather, end charge at 80-90% which is better for the battery than topping up to 100%.

Consider the morning at home or at the office during the day vs. overnight.

• Ensuring the charge ending happens at a safe percentage while charging
• Avoiding the batteries experiencing higher stress and overheating
• High heat will shorten the battery’s lifespan

 
Avoid Using The Phone While Charging
The battery can become “confused” while in use during a charging process. The safest way to run a charge is to turn your device off while charging. However, if you need to leave it on while charging, don’t use it.
 
Keep Phone’s Brightness Low
A major drain on your phone’s battery is screen brightness. The phone’s lowest-but-still-readable setting works fine. Most modern phones have what’s called a low battery setting that comes up once the battery reaches a certain percentage. If this comes up it is best to enable it so that the brightness and background applications are adjusted to preserve the battery life.

Remember To Disable WiFi And Bluetooth When Not In Use
It’s also important to keep in mind things that will help your battery last longer on a single charge. After the fewer charge cycles your phone battery goes through, the slower it degrades and the longer its lifespan.
